What we do inside your facility
Welding & Fabrication
Structural steel, platforms, stairs, handrail, guarding, dock protection, and stainless fabrication for washdown areas. A36 plate and bar, A500 tube, 304 and 316L stainless, aluminum.
Rigging Services
Conveyors, air receivers, compressors, gearboxes, electrical cabinets, and production machines get picked, walked in, and set on their anchor bolts. Tight doorways and low headroom included.
Industrial Maintenance
Conveyor and drive work, cooling tower steel, pipe and duct support, pallet rack repair and installation, machine guarding, and shutdown scope.
Concrete
Equipment pads, housekeeping pads, footings, and slab patching, laid out from the anchor bolt pattern on the equipment drawing.

Walk it or send the drawing
For rigging, maintenance, concrete, and demolition we walk the site first. For fabrication a print, a sketch, or a photo with a tape measure across the part is usually enough to start.
Quote with scope and lead time
You get the scope written out and the material called out, so procurement knows what is included before anyone shows up.
Schedule around production
We plan to your shutdown or the slow window in your production schedule. Material gets staged and fabrication gets done before the window opens.
Work to your site rules and clean up
Your lockout procedure governs before anything gets cut loose or unbolted, and a fire watch stays on the area after the last spark. We leave the floor swept and the aisle clear.

- Do you work inside live plants while production is running?
Yes. Most of our work happens in occupied facilities. Our people sit through your contractor orientation before they badge in, and every cut runs under your hot work permit. We schedule around your production window rather than through it.
- Is there such a thing as a job too small to call about?
A single cracked bracket on a live line is worth the call. What we are not set up for is consumer repair work off the street. Our focus is industrial and commercial facilities, which is most of what the shop has been built around.
- Where does the work happen, on our floor or in your shop?
Either, and often both on the same job. Sub assemblies get welded on the table in Middletown, then the truck brings them out and the tie in happens in place. See mobile welding for how the truck runs.
- Do we have to hire a separate rigger for the equipment move?
No. We can cut the old machine loose, break out its pad, pour the new one, build the frame, and set the equipment on it. See rigging services.
