What to have ready so we can quote the work
A drawing or a photo
A print, a DXF, or a phone photo with a tape measure laid across the part. Most maintenance work starts with a photo, not a drawing, and that is fine.
Material and grade
A36 plate, A500 tube, 304 or 316L stainless, aluminum. If you are not sure, tell us what it bolts to and what it carries.
Quantity and scope
One piece, a matched set, or a repeat run. Tell us whether it is shop fabrication, on site repair, an equipment set, or all three in sequence.
Site access
Door and dock dimensions, floor level or elevated, and the route from the dock to the work. Tell us what your contractor orientation covers and who signs off on a hot work permit.
Timeline
The date you need it and whether the equipment is running or idle. Shutdown work has a hard start and a hard finish, so name the window.
